These were quite dry, and they were not over cooked. Im guessing because they are made with egg whites. I have to toss the whole batch and I doubled it.

Joe, you just gently mix (or fold) them in. I haven’t had issues with the jimmies bleeding color into the batter if that is what’s worrying your wife.

How do you incorporate the sprinkles/jimmies. I assume folding, but my wife looked at this and had a panic attack.
