What is homemade junk food? It’s what I call homemade versions of foods that are typically store bought. By making them yourself, you can avoid preservatives, artificial ingredients, trans fats, allergens, etc. Plus, you can control what goes into your food (and into you and your family’s bodies) and avoid wasteful packaging.
